We are seeking talented artists, writers, and researchers. If you think that you might be interested in working on this publication stop by the Service Learning Office in Titchener Hall 211C.

Welcome to the new Broome Community College Service Learning Blog, a place to connect with other students who are participating in Service learning projects in the local community. Read student reflections on their Service Learning projects, watch videos, and comment on your favorite projects!

What is Service Learning you ask? Service Learning is an experiential form of education that combines academic study, community service, and student reflection. Students select service projects that connect to their coursework, are of personal significance to them, and record their experiences through some kind of reflection.

All Broome Community College students are eligible to participate in the Service Learning program. For more information visit the Service Learning Program office in Titchener Hall 211C.
